The fees chargeable would depend on the fee charged by the attorney-at-law. As part of the management service, JEL Professional Solutions would negotiate fees to obtain the best fees and JEL Professional Solutions fees would be based on the fees negotiated. However, the total fee would not exceed the maximum fee chargeable by an attorney for non-contentious work based on the Grenada Bar Association Recommended Fees. With regard to work involving litigation, JEL Professional Solutions would negotiate for the best fee and JEL Professional Solution fees would be negotiated with clients on a case by case basis.
