This apartment building is located at a stone’s throw away for the St. George’s University (SGU). It contains three (3) two bedroom apartments and four (4) one bedroom ensuite apartments.

The apartments are fully furnished and come with a weekly cleaning service.  All the apartments are air conditioned and have hot and cold water.  The three (3) two bedroom apartments are rented for US $1,400.00 each while the four (4) one bedroom ensuite apartments are US$750.00 per month each.  The landlord is open to negotiations.  The landlord also offers free pick up from the Maurice Bishop International Airport.

The landlord lives on the property and is readily available at any time to provide assistance in case of an emergency.

The rent covers water and internet usage, however, the electricity has to be paid for on a monthly basis.  The first 20 lb cylinder of gas comes with the apartment.  Refills are available on the premises at a cost.

During vacation periods the rent is reduced to half the monthly rental.

The property is securely fenced and there are fruit trees on the property.  Once there are fruits, occupants of the apartments are free to share in the harvest.
